UPS System

UPS systems are used to compensate for fluctuations in the power supply or to take over the power supply from a battery for a defined period in the event of a power failure. This allows machines and computers to be shut down in a controlled manner, data to be backed up or time to be bridged in order to put emergency units into operation.

The reliability of the UPS system and thus of its components is a key requirement.
